Executive calling from [protected] saying it's happy hours and I will get galaxy s6 if I payed 8, 999. I did the same on 22 Jan and till today they kept telling me that I will get the tracking details which never came. They will give all possible excuses like we dispatch in bulk so it sometimes takes time, we had a rift with our courier partner, sir aaj Kal mein mil jaega.. you are fooling the people leaving no choice for the customer rather than taking the course of law. I received a call from the customer care department and they have initiated the refund process and have also agreed on making sure that all legitimate complaints posted on this portal are resolved within 6-7 working days. I will work towards updating this ticket to resolved once the account gets reflected back into the account.
