[Resolved] Tripgateway.in — Fraud company not giving refund | |||||
Dear sir, instead of posting 3 complaints on this website tripgateway.In are not giving me the refund and even you are not taking any action against them. Tarun the employee of that company is telling we will give you refund only after resolving the complaint. So you tell me should i resolve the complaint before getting the refund but then you have to take responsibility of refund and you send me the mail regarding the same or tell that fraud company to refund my money by today itself. And i want you to take strict action against that fraud company and fraud employees. I want you to ask them and mail me when they will give me the refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Aug 2, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved It is a fraud company selling packages in the name of gift.They are sending mail from [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]. Basically they are selling package at rs8999 which includes 4 night hotel stay and free gift such as tablet or phone. But they are not providing anything out of it. When someone ask for refun they will give refund of rs 8100 and that also after 3 months.Basically they are earning 900rs from every customer and enjoying on interest they earn by blocking the money for 3 to 4 months. I would like the government to take strict action against all these fraud company so that no one thinks of opening company and selling fraud things. TripGateWay.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||

We suggest you to kindly remove all the complaints which you have posted in Facebook & consumercomplaints etc .in as the company will take a legal action against you ((INDIA PENAL CODE 499 and 500)) if you don't remove it.We have already refunded your money and you told us that you will remove all the complaints after receiving refund.
You will receive a legal notice at 36 dreamland society, shastri nagar, mulund west Mumbai if you don't remove all the complaints today.

After follow up many time to this Fraud company.
They clearly said to me that they won't refund my fund.

And One of their cheater representative by name Gaurav Maheta calling me and saying me to remove my complain from here, After they will take 45 day time to response me weather to refund my money or not, as per their fraud company policy.
Such a Big Big Fraud Company.

Again I am saying to Consumer complain board take immediate action to this Fraud company..
They are cheating 100 of innocent people on daily bases.
