I got a call from Trip gateway customer care on August 23 telling me regarding an Offer of 8999 plus gadget .i availed that and done my payment.from that day till date I.e 22/11/2016. I did not receive a voucher and any gadget wat was promised.this people after repeated complaints don't even respond .u are torchering me.i want my hard earned money to be refunded.as i am not interested in thier false promises.plz refund me my hard earned money of rupees 8999.

Updated by Dr Kranthy Chaitanya I gave a complaint few hours back.tripgate way customer care fellows called me.instead of solving my problem and refunding my amount .they told me to wait for some time.this has been happening since 3 months.i sincerely ask to repay my hard earned money back..i have all the call recordings from beginning.this trip gateway fellows are cheaters.. I request people to beware of this kind of cheaters.first they promised me voucher pack plus a tablet for booking of 8999.after paying the amount and repeatedly enquiring they say that gift is not available and to note that I did not even receive my voucher pack also till date.after 3 months of repeatedly calling they say to available one more Offer worth 8999 .and get vouchers and gift.when I refused now knowing their intentions and asked my hard earned money to refund.they talk rubbish and tell it's not possible and forget about my amount.i request to immediately refund my hard earned money back...iam really agonized by this Trip gateway customer service .i request people not to fall to their cunning tricks...
