This is the most Fraudulent company for Tours and travels packages. You get a call promising such gifts that you simply will be surprised to hear. Mr. Adish was the person to call me. He promised Smartphones as gifts for purchasing a Tour package on the site. That too Samsung J7(2016). So much!!! I thought. I questioned him, ridiculed him...then He assured me that his call may be traced but still he can keep on talking for as much time I want to assure me that he is genuine person. I got duped at last.

I purchased the package and it has been 2 months now and there is no communication.

I complained about it and got the reply that there is no such scheme from the company and thus I cannot get a gift at all.
Now, I politely requested to kindly refund my money at least. That too negative.

Their reply- "You won't get Gifts and also You won't get any Money too".
So, No Refund Policy too.

Yes, I have been cheated and the responsibility is only mine that I believed so much on Human beings. I am definitely not going to try this package also. The company has got so intelligent employees that they will further Cheat me.

But it has taught me a good lesson for future.

And I just wanted to inform others, that is why I have written so much about this issue.

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ANY PACKAGE FROM tripgateway.in.
It is a Fake company to Cheat you.
Save your money from these cons.

The company called and told me that as per Terms and Conditions they cannot refund my money unless I use their package and they are not able to fulfil their commitment towards the package. The Gifts are not in their scheme. The last thing they can do is that They will refund only one of the packages after deducting 20% and will refund me Rs. 7, 200/- out of Rs. 8, 999/-. The first package, I will have to use and if they are not able to provide proper service in that package then Refund may be initiated in the same. So, the final word is that out of 2 (Two) packages 80% of Second package is being refunded. Their no. is +911206500692 Any ways, where I was not getting anything, I got some solution. Updated by Abrahm The situation is after they themselves checked and confirmed from the Recordings and Transcripts of the Phone Calls, that One of their employee had actually made such calls.
They are accepting that the calls were made from their employee but they are not agreeing to refund my money. Such a great Customer Service.
Once you have given them money on any pretext, you have lost it completely.

You do have some really Intelligent employees.
