Triple Play Internet — Connection problem | |
I paid for new connection on 30 may, 20. They told connection will be done by 1 june. But still connection not done. Customer care dont even pick phone, and today when i called installation person, he said he neither have worker nor fibre or broadband. What the hell they took money on the very day kf talking for new connection and now they saying they dont even have fibre. And they keep increasing time. On 1st theys aid it will be done tomorrow. Then they said after three days for sure. Now they dont even have fibre? Pathetic experience. Please resolve the issue asap. Was this information helpful? | |
