Payment issue
I had been paying everymonth in advance against my usage. Last month bill raised for Rs 182 . And I heard from your executive that payment was for month August

Triple Play - Frustrating and disappointing (poor signals cause latency)
Using Triple play 300mbps plan and this is showing speed of 300 plus mbps on speed test however internet stuck while working and seems signals are weak . Due to this you may notice latency while office work and internet surfing . I have upgraded my plan from 50mbps to 300mbps and using company provided 5G modem. However situation is same.

Connection problem
I paid for new connection on 30 may, 20. They told connection will be done by 1 june. But still connection not done. Customer care dont even pick phone, and today when i called installation person, he said he neither have worker nor fibre or broadband. What the hell they took money on the very day kf talking for new connection and now they saying they dont even have fibre. And they keep increasing time. On 1st theys aid it will be done tomorrow. Then they said after three days for sure. Now they dont even have fibre? Pathetic experience.

No internet service installed yet
Paid for service and new connection on 27 may 2020. They promised connection will be up and running in 3-4 days. 6 days passed no response from them.in time of corona we have work from home and triple play is not a reliable service at all after taking money they just ignore customers like anything.

3 months advance payment taken - but connection not setup

Hi Triple play Team,
I have paid 3 months advance money on 23rd march and you promised me to set up a new connection on my address till 25th march, but still connection is not setup .
Note - Before summit the three months amount of 4460, i asked your executive there is lockdown in gurgaon you are able to setup connection in this situation ..if not then i will take any alternate solution...they agree yes we can setup in 3 days but after payment now your executive denied, however i need urgent internate connection, i called your customer care number but there is no response. Request you to kindly setup connection or refund my amount urgently else i will file a FIR against Triple play Internate.

internet connection not installed

Triple play have not installed connection yet even after making a promise to do the same by today.
They took all of the money and now nobody is picking up the phone. Very pathetic customer experience.
I called 3 person in contact but no response. Called customer care, no response. Emailed them, no response.
Feeling like robbed.

I have been using triple play internet for last 1.5 years in gurgaon sarasvati vihar area. They provide very bad service in terms of internet, every other day their internet is down or ran at very bad speed like it is almost good for nothing. I log at least 5-10 complaints every month about the speed of internet. After receiving the complaint they fox internet for that moment and then from next day same problem starts....

Its been 3 days and tripple play still have not set up my internet connection i called my areas vendor/sales man who is sunil kumar and he is making me fool again and again that im coming in 1 hour 15 min... But he didnt show up
I also called tripple play customer care and they said the same thing.
Before paying for the connection sunil was calling me 6 to 7 times daily about takeing the connection sir. And know he is not replying me.
Im waiting for them but these guy and company is not responding.

changed plan to double costly tariff without consent

Dear representative,
I use tp broadband services at my home - xxxxxxxxxx, noida, uttar pradesh.
I had subscribed to 1150 broadband plan. Recently, when i checked my portal, it seems that i am being charged unnecessarily in access of inr 2065 per month for quite a few months.
I was told by mr pawan tewari that last year in october my plan was changed to inr 2065 plan in last year october. Please note that i never requested or provided my consent to this change. Request you to please look into this and initiate a refund of all the due amount[protected] for 5 months - a total of inr 4425 back to my bank account.
I have had a word with various representatives at triple play about this, but no resolution has been provided so far.

It is with great sorrow that I write to you today regarding my high-speed Internet service. While your service has never had problems before, recently I have experienced severe interruptions to my Internet as well as slow speeds. I believe that because I have not received the service I am paying for Triple Play Internet Service, I should be refunded at least a month's worth of service.
I have called so many times on your service number[protected] but sometimes no body pick-up the calls and some time you claimed you would send repairman right away but no repairman was sent for another two days. Whenever your repairman came the problems resolve temporary after 30 to 60 minutes problems rises again.
The problems continued throughout March and April 2016. My Internet would cease working for several hours at a time, and restart spontaneously. Your Repairman said that the problems were in LAN wires but nobody checked it.
I have established to my satisfaction that the problem is beyond my control, and that you are not providing the service I am paying for. I work online, so it is essential that I have Internet that is functional. If you cannot guarantee service, I will have to move to another provider. Still I am not available to access your internet service and I am sending email using my mobile. I would normally ask that you email me at the address listed below, but since I cannot guarantee that I will be able to access my email with your service,
I would prefer that you call.
I would like you to send a team of trained technicians as soon as possible to resolve this issue. If you don’t, we cannot help but switch to another service provider.

Pathetic team

Pathetic... Dont even think about triple play... We needed 20 mbps lease line for office and finalized deal... They did feasibity check and confirmed... On the day when we needed same and were making payment, they denied for giving services, saying not feasible... As they needed more money, so tried taking advantage of our urgency...
