Triple Play — new connection setup

Hi, its sushil. I have requested a new broadband connection request for my home to triple play. The payment and form filling the done 3 days ago (10th aug 2019). But the connection setup is not done yet. The sales guy of triple play promising me the connection is set up within 24 hours. But it is not done yet. They keep promising me again and again but no further steps have been done yet. Even the customer care of triple play is responding the same way. Please don't belive on triple play broadband service.
