Triple Play Complaints & Reviews

Hi, its sushil. I have requested a new broadband connection request for my home to triple play. The payment and form filling the done 3 days ago (10th aug 2019). But the connection setup is not done yet. The sales guy of triple play promising me the connection is set up within 24 hours. But it is not done yet. They keep promising me again and again but no further steps have been done yet. Even the customer care of triple play is responding...

Called to their customer care around 50 times in last 30 days and evertime they tells they will send technician in an hour, waiting for any of the technician for last one month. Very unprofessional organization. Even asked them to transfer the call to their senior, they were even worse. They are getting paid only to tell lies.

Dear sir,
Since march 28 i am not getting proper connectivity. Connectivity is always flu acting. So many time i have register complain mane. No response from customer care... Keeping call them... They will charge for 15 mins and then disconnect the call...
Its almost 40 days over but it’s not resolved. Worst customer care service intact cheating from the customer...
