Immigration officer was very rude, she grabbed my fingers and started pressing it firmly while cursing. She got angry as I did not do the biometrics as she expected. Well, we are passengers, it’s their job to explain these things to us. It’s not my first time doing biometrics either. These officers should be training properly.
