Hello sir, my name is mukti rani chakrabartty my complaint is about fake product i'd ordered no qerd40653 as adress on 6 march 2018 from the triviyaa site cost ₹699 with grand total ₹854 i got the delivery on 8 march 2018. The product which i got was totally different from what i had ordered it's awb no. Is[protected] i tried to call the delivery company named delivery one executive attained my call and told her that i want to cancel my order because it is totally wortless and different from what i ordered so she gave me[protected] this no. I tried this no. Lot of times but it is showing out of reach even delhivery isn't helping me now they are providing wrong information they gave me fake email id and fake mobile no. Please help me i want refund for my product they are fooling people. Kindly help me soon.
