Triviyaa — delivered cheap quality saree instead of gowns

I visited triviyaa website and ordered one anarkali salwar and one long gown at very affordable price 599 each. But after 7 days i have noticed that they didnot send any confirmation mail. I have tried a lot to contact withthem through email but every information provided by them was fake. Next day i received a parcel from them through blue dart courier and i have received the parcel. But when i opened it i have seen some cheap quality saree instead of my ordered suits. Then luckyly courier boy was there and i returned him parcel and take my given amount from that courier boy.

I order one gown(146996)order no- and one kurti(order no-147004) on 3 may 2018 but i recived two sarees so i want to return the products.

I have ordered some products on 12th may 2018 from triviyaa site. But I didn't get my products till now. My order numbers are 168417, 168429, 168440, 168447.

I placed an order no- AWB:[protected], of lehenga of ₹ 854 but they (triviyaa) deliver worst cheap fabric saree it like ₹100 cheap saree. This is biggest online shoppimg failure in my life.i want my money back. Nor they have contact no customer care no neither have address.
