Triviyaa — ordered gown but received cheap saree

Hi,
I deeply express my sad feeling and disappointment on the product and your service in delivering my order 103492, Red gown worth Rs.746 on date 14/04/2018.
I have received a red saree instead of a gown that I placed. such a worst and bad service how can some one deliver a ### like this, are you people blind can't you recheck what the customer has ordered before packing and dispatching.
Please refund the money I paid.
I'm trying to contact on the number provided on site but it is connecting to Airtel service provider, mailed at [protected]@triviyaa.com but bounced back and no invoice or product details are mentioned on the pack l hope it is not a fraud company.
