True Balance — not refunded money yet

On 6 december recharge of dth rs 240 and 4 times failed and total money was deducted rs 960. But only 480 is refunded and now still rs 480 is not refunded. I have send a email more than 20 times but not responding me please help me in getting my money back. I have been sending an email since 6 december but they are saying that my issue is already solved. Please help me as soon as possible.. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (1)

I have Done txn on 07-09-19, but still not got my refund. Whenever talk with customer care they say that wait for some time your complain is fwd to concern department but concern dept not contact me or not any mail to me.
Every time they commit time 24 to 48 hours. But done nothing.
Kindly refund my amt asap.

My complain ticket id is 907049. Company not telling anything to me. They simply says that plz wait for some time. Firstly the says wait for 7to 10 days working as per banking norms. On 24 sep 10 day completed but refund not issued. On that they say send ur account statement from 7 sep to 24 sep. I have already mailed @ [email protected]. i have contact his customer care no 01204001028 many times. Plz do something to get my money back
