I took a loan of 8000 rupees fro 2 months tenure from true balance, but app manipulate that i took loan of 10301 and 1501 interest rate on top, i will provide bank statment and clear proof in bank statement.

My due date of repayment is 19th September 2022 but due to some server problem I could not complete my payment now true balance team has called me and I have asked for one more day for repayment. But they are harassing and threatening me using wrong words. please help.

My cibil and experian is getting down by 2 fraund loan apps. One is Truecredit (turebalance) and other one is rufilo (arnold holdings pvt-ltd) these 2 loan companis are looting people by charging higher % rates. And if someone denies or missed to pay they will harras them by calling their contact numbers and by reporting to the cibil and experian as well. Trucredit provides loan for 3 month tenure with % rate of morethan 40% and rufilo (arnold holdings) provide loan for 15 days with morethan 20% which is not guided by RBI to any NBFC please its my humble request to you give your attention here. These companis are frauds looting people please take some action please removethem from your list. People are commiting suicide because of these companies. They are money mafia's running their racket by the name of NBFC. please help sir.

I take loan from true balance app (10999) I will paid my loan ontime after paid show (applied loan after 30 days) y show like this, This is not good, This will happen is very disappoint for consumers..

Note: This app sometime good helpful, but some time so bad and no satisfaction we are also middle class only, still now depending this loans for so many commitment so pls take my request and do further..Thank u

Sir, on 22 Jan 2022 I have made a recharge amount of Rs.455. in True Balance App written successful But did not Receive recharge even now and i have already complaint 7 time But Problem not solve.

Hello if you reading this review please try to help me, i took loan for my education fees purposes, - from this cheat scamer company true balance, in time i always repaid their lone in time, once a day i try to repayment, payment transition fail but money deducted from my bank, i call true balance customer care, first day they told money will refund in 7-10 days, after 15 days, i call thm they told send your bank statement, after send they will send money to me in 1-2 days, i send them, but after 3 days, they are telling me payment successful no money will refund, i have everything proof, still they try to blind, loan amount 2917, it enough for a poor student, please tell me what can i do now????, they r not agree to refund

True balance application disbursement the 12000 in my bank account and was showing 13000 Rupees as disbursement and final pay Showing 17068 rupees mean 12000 rupees i got but i pay 1000 rupees as Processing fees and 4000 rupees as Interest rate which was not disclose at that time of disbursement please need to take legal action on this application

Sir before applying for loan rhey will show low interest rates and after disbursal they automatically increases very high rates of interest.
And if misses one emi they will be using foul languages and misbehaving rather than giving some time to repay.
Please look into this matter.

I have taken loan of 49000 rs, after successful disbursal I have noticed the their interest rate 7.5%month not annual. And also they are provided only 3months tenure.
It is not possible to repay a middle class family.
Also they are providing partial payment that also trap . It charges 15% per month.

Actually they are charging 180%annual interest.
Also if we fail to repay the emi they are threatening as they will call our contacts. And post in Facebook and Instagram.
Pls don't take any loan to this kind of robbery gang.

Hi team, i have recharged my father's mobile number on oct 4th 2021 through True Balance app. But the recharge is not done by the service provider. But in True balance app it shows the recharge is successful. I have checked with the service provider and got Recharge Failed notification in the service provider app. I mailed to true balance customer care with this proof so many times but they told recharge is successful from their side.

Note : The recharge is failed actually. But my money not credited back yet.

I have paid my Level Up Loan Amount Rs. 5262/- towards Truebalance from Google Pay on[protected]. But it is not updated yet in the Truebalance App. But the amount was debited from my Account. They said it will refunded to my account with in 7 to 10 days but till now i didn't receive any refund from their side to my account. They are also not responding in proper way. Please help me to get the refund
