True Balance — Too much interest and less time to repay

I was too helpless i took 10, 000rs loan but i want to aware government that this company is charging more than 40%loan and not providing 1 year tenure facility.. The highest they have given is 3 months tenure. This is really too high interest for people like me who are jobless and on point of suiciding due to financial problems
