Truecaller — spam my number | |||
I have been using my current mobile number since last 10 years. Despite being a genuine person my number has been listed as 'spam' by 17 people on truecaller. I have attempted unlisting my number from truecaller numerous times (https://www.truecaller.com/unlist) but nothing happened - even after several months o[censored]nlisting attempts. I then lodged an official complaint with truecaller but they are saying that they cannot do anything. Since then i have had multiple e-mail conversations with them but they are not ready to pay any heed to my requests. This is really frustrating... Was this information helpful? | |||

We are sorry that you had a bad experience with Truecaller.
Truecaller makes communication more efficient and hence the "spam markings" are not removed. Our users mark the numbers as spam, not us. Having said that, we would suggest you enter your correct name into your Truecaller profile, a picture and maybe some additional information that can make your profile more trustworthy. Over time your spam reports will disappear if you don´t continue to get reports or if enough people mark your number as "Not spam".
