The product came as recommended with the apple ipad that I purchased. the description on Flipkart did not mention compatibility or any such other issues. since it was an apple product I purchased it. When I received the product, it was not compatible with the ipad. Plus the customer care service mentioned it is a non returnable product. Now I am stuck with a product that does not work when it was not mentioned at all. Was this information helpful? |
