I ordered iPhone 14 midnight 128GB on 12/10/2023 in Flipkart but my order supposed to deliver on 18/10/2023, order got delayed with out any prior message and its 20 today but still no any update, I paid amount successfully but there is no any update from seller as TruecomRetail so I raised complaint.

Please help....

I ordered iphone 14plus . It reached out to me on 17th. It was open box delivery so delivery boy opened in front o[censored]s and there was minute defect inside the front camera which was visible. So on behalf of me he (deliver boy) Requested Flipkart for replacement after that on 18th I am getting message that your order is cancelled from flipkart and your refund is generated like this info after that i called flipkart customer care ... Sweta mam picked the call but she was unable to solve my issue so i choose this option to get my replacement instead of refund or again provide me gateaway for that amount which it was in BBD. I request you to please dilever my iphone as soon as possible and dont want any refund, thank you flipkart!

I ordered iPhone 14 plus on 11/10/2023 in Flipkart but my order put on hold and still no any update, I paid amount successfully but there is no any update from seller as TruecomRetail so I raised complaint....

Today i mistakely purchase the apple pass of iPhone 14 plus from Flipkart . I don't know about the policy. So i am unable to return this order and facing problems. Please help me i need my refund.

The product came as recommended with the apple ipad that I purchased. the description on Flipkart did not mention compatibility or any such other issues. since it was an apple product I purchased it. When I received the product, it was not compatible with the ipad. Plus the customer care service mentioned it is a non returnable product. Now I am stuck with a product that does not work when it was not mentioned at all.

Good Evening Sir, I, Dr.M.V.N.Pavana Kumara Sarma, a genuine customer of flipkart, bought an iPhone 13. But there are small scratches on my phone screen. I immediately contacted customer care. They asked me to contact the iPhone service center. I contacted the service center. But they said it is not related to the service center, so I contacted Flipkart itself. Then I contacted customer care again. They made a return. But the seller refused. Again I contacted the call center. They said we have forwarded it to the HR department. But no confirmation was given. I wanted to bring a few things to your attention.

1. It doesn't have the original cover packing that an Apple phone should have.
2. There is also a seal on the phone box called a tamper proof seal. (Usually there are no such seals on the Apple phone box.)
3. The wish master clearly did not show the phone to my wife (she received it as I was in a meeting in the office).
4. There are small scratches on the phone. (This is the main problem. That's why I'm asking for a return.)
I hope you will kindly consider the pain of a genuine customer after considering all the above. I have never used that phone. Please return it to me as soon as possible. I am sending you the photos of the phone for your review. I am also sending you the video of the same delivery.

Canceled my order on flipkart and now increased the price. Same product is available, was always available. Then why canceled?

I have ordered the iphone on sept22, but it is getting delayed again and again and not yet shipped too. I have tried contacting them from every platform but they aren't responding at all.

Hi Team, I purchased an iPhone 13 from.big billion sale 2022, The amount has been debited that is 48000 rupees now it's showing order is not placed and will refund your amount, I waited from long time to buy this phone and now that price is showing 54000.This is totally fraud why you are returning my amount instead confirm my order

I had purchased Samsung F13 from Flipkart on 23rd July 2022 for Rs 12999/- (prepaid order) during the sale period and it was to be delivered by 25th July 2022.

But Flip cart delivery boy rejected the re[placement mobile without any reason and now that set they kept hold at their place (Not cancelled by them in system) .Can you please ask flipcart to deliver this material to us which is pending from last 6 days

I had purchased an iphone 12 mini from Truecomretail on Flipkart in April 2021. The phone had problems since day 1 with the battery health percentage kept dropping at a random pace. Cut to June 2022 the phone stopped turning on completely. When I took the phone to service center i was told that the motherboard is completely dead and needs replacement. I'm sure I was delivered a defective handset as I've seen many similar complaints on Flipkart and other portals about Truecomretail selling defective handsets that have stopped working.

I had purchased Samsung F23 from Flipkart on 3rd May 2022 for Rs 13, 434/- (prepaid order) during the sale period and it was to be delivered by 7th May 2022. But due to some issues at Flipkart facility it could not be delivered and my order was cancelled by the supplier on 14 May 2022. Now the supplier is promising me Rs 1000 gift card if I place order for new mobile in 10 days
But now the mobile price has increased to Rs 16, 999/- and I have to pay Rs 3565/- extra for the same mobile.
Why do I pay extra if the order is not delivered by the supplier. I had done everything on my part, I had placed the order and paid for the same.
If supplier does mistake he must bear the price difference.
But this supplier is cheater and wants me to bear the price difference. Loss in price difference has to be borne by the party who is at fault .

My name is Rana Biswas. Contact no-[protected]. I purchased a Samsung Mobile Phone(F22) on 22.03.22. After I received the product I found that the Front camera is not working properly so placed a replacement request. After the technician visit the seller marked my request as resolved with a different issue i.e Camera Flash is working which was not my complain. The seller repeatedly rejecting my replacement request. This is third time. The seller is not genuine.

I want tk return my order which was ordered mistake, when i open the parcel turms out it was not the compatitible adapter with my iphone. But there is no return policy. what do i do? I need to return it by hook or by crook.

later I decided to cancel the product, but its not getting cancelled, I have paid the money but the product is not getting cancelled and also im not getting any refund, In my orders tab it is glitched it saying only ordered but the delivery man contacted me today( 4 march 22) for delivery of that product and I tolf I dont want to accept it. I have contacted flipkart customer care from 2nd march onwards, they are also helpless, they are saying the seller is not accepting cancellation request. This is pathetic!!!

I bought product from truecom telecom Apple service center told me its a fake duplicate product why Myntra is selling fake products when i checked on checkmycoverage on apple website it shows a fake product serial number not valid.I will eat your complete buisness otherwise refund my money....

Hello sir, My name is Rajeev kumar from Jammu. I ordered a Woodland shoes on 15th January, 2022 with Model Number - WDLDCASH50840000 and was delivered to me on 17th January 2022.. The product's MRP was Rs 4995, which I got at Rs 2496 after discount. But when I saw the product(shoes) there was no price tag attached to it, which made me sceptical about the authenticity of the product(shoes). Then to double check the genuineness of the brand I scanned the barcodes given on the product( shoes) box. I was not able to scan a single barcode as the scanner didn't find anything related to the product.
Now when I contacted Myntra customer service, they told me the complaint has been files and i have to wait for its approval. Moreover they are not accepting the exchange and saying that the product can only be returned. But when I bought this product, both the things were mentioned ( exchange & Return). I requested them to return the product and give genuine Branded product which they have denied.
I don't know what to do next. Please help me out.

Ordered Samsung Galaxy A03 Core through Flipkart from this seller TRUECOMRETAIL - the product is not at all working since the time I received and trying to get in touch with them however nobody responds, Request you to help me get my money back and the cost of it is rs. 7999.

Instead of apple pencile I received 3 used data cables and 1 normal pen. Entirely different product I received. 4 time I have replaced product but at the time of pickup delivery boy say we couldn't pickup because we do not get approval mail.

I have ordered airpod pro on 2021 my order number is Od[protected] the same were delivered on 2021. When I opened the product and started using it. I observed that the noise cancellation feature was not working. To resolve this issue I went to apple care store in sector 35 Chandigarh. The executive working there told me that the product is fake. I was totally shocked. I raised the complain with flipkart customer care. They have registered my complaint and assured early return and refund.

I shall be very thankful if my issue is resolved at the earliest and the seller may please be banned/blacklisted. Flipkart is a e-commerce giant and trusted name. Seller like this one are ruining the reputation of flipkart. So for the sake of your reputation and wrongful deed done my the seller strict action against him may be taken.

I had ordered this product on 3rd october in Big Billion sale of Flipkart and seller was Truecom retail. The item was to be delivered on 6th october but i was out of station so i had changed the date to 9th october. Now, on 9th october the update on flipkart showed that the phone had reached the nearest hub and will out for delivery soon. This update was there the whole day. But nothing was delivered. I called flipkart agent and they said...

I was mobile phone ordered on 6th day Oct 21 last 5 days i track the order list still in the mentioned Item waiting to be picked up by courier partner. Expected delivery on 15th. delivery procedures too late. i expected quick delivery. i seen the Truecomretail feedbacks summery reports i not satisfied.

I recieved a defective phone from flipcart.
I bought the phone for the sole purpose of good battery backup but the phone I got has a battery issue. It's battery is draining very fast without even using it and the screen is also unresponsive most of the time. I raised return request three times and the request the request got cancelled every time .the technician that came to check the phone told me that this happens with all the phone . It's a brand new phone these things should not happen in a new phone.
Please accept return and give me refund asap for the faulty product delivered
