I had a bad experience with truecomretail seller. I bought a smart phone for my dad on nov 24th. It stopped working on dec 14th. My dad is extremely careful with phones, so the phone was never dropped or damaged. It just suddenly stopped working. We are unable to make/receive calls on the phone. Having to face this within 3 weeks of purchase is ridiculous. Was this information helpful? |
