Hello sir, My name is Rajeev kumar from Jammu. I ordered a Woodland shoes on 15th January, 2022 with Model Number - WDLDCASH50840000 and was delivered to me on 17th January 2022.. The product's MRP was Rs 4995, which I got at Rs 2496 after discount. But when I saw the product(shoes) there was no price tag attached to it, which made me sceptical about the authenticity of the product(shoes). Then to double check the genuineness of the brand I scanned the barcodes given on the product( shoes) box. I was not able to scan a single barcode as the scanner didn't find anything related to the product.
Now when I contacted Myntra customer service, they told me the complaint has been files and i have to wait for its approval. Moreover they are not accepting the exchange and saying that the product can only be returned. But when I bought this product, both the things were mentioned ( exchange & Return). I requested them to return the product and give genuine Branded product which they have denied.
