Truecomretail — Samsung F23

I had purchased Samsung F23 from Flipkart on 3rd May 2022 for Rs 13, 434/- (prepaid order) during the sale period and it was to be delivered by 7th May 2022. But due to some issues at Flipkart facility it could not be delivered and my order was cancelled by the supplier on 14 May 2022. Now the supplier is promising me Rs 1000 gift card if I place order for new mobile in 10 days
But now the mobile price has increased to Rs 16, 999/- and I have to pay Rs 3565/- extra for the same mobile.
Why do I pay extra if the order is not delivered by the supplier. I had done everything on my part, I had placed the order and paid for the same.
If supplier does mistake he must bear the price difference.
But this supplier is cheater and wants me to bear the price difference. Loss in price difference has to be borne by the party who is at fault .
