It's been 15 days since i cancelled my order and i since then i have not received my refund of Rs 2378, i have called the customer service of Truemeds 4 to 5 times and each time they tell me the refund has not been initiated from their side and they have raised a ticket regarding this and it will be initiated within 24-48 hours i am helpless i need my money back also i cancelled the medicines because they were delaying the order each day and for around 10 days the order got delayed and i had to cancel it since 15 days i am not getting my refund back inspite of 4-5 complaints Was this information helpful? |
