It's been 15 days since i cancelled my order and i since then i have not received my refund of Rs 2378, i have called the customer service of Truemeds 4 to 5 times and each time they tell me the refund has not been initiated from their side and they have raised a ticket regarding this and it will be initiated within 24-48 hours i am helpless i need my money back also i cancelled the medicines because they were delaying the order each day and for around 10 days the order got delayed and i had to cancel it since 15 days i am not getting my refund back inspite of 4-5 complaints

1 Sensitive eye drops delivered without ice pad.
2 Delivery accepted and payment made on their assurance to deliver Ice pads on the next day but not delivered.
3. Eye drops cannot be allowed to come into the contact of room temperature which is as high as 25 degree where as these eye drops temperature must be maintained below 4 degree centigrade. This is not possible without ice pads which were not supplied by Truemeds along with the eye drops four bottles.

Detailed grevens stands as follows.

1 It is very regrette fully and shockingly observed that you have delivered the four boxes of eye drops as per your following details without ice pads.
2. These eye drops are meant to be refrigerated to be kept under 4 degree cool.
3. This is a repeated order delivered by you many times earlier too but never without iPads.
4. We have asked your delivery man, who confirmed to deliver the four ice pada tomorrow as the order has been for four boxes of eye drops.
5. This was communicated to your customer care people also immediately before accepting the order.
6. On the assurance of your delivery man and your customer care people we have accepted delivery and made the payment that the needed four ice pads will be delivered positively tomorrow.
7 make a note, these ice pads are always required to be kept along with the medicines. So send them tomorrow without fail to keep the value of your assurance and to keep us repeating the order with you without any second thought.

I ordered medicines from this webite on 16th June 2024 and as of now it has been 8 days they haven't delivered my prepaid medicines or given me any refund .my order was worth ₹1082.5

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of an invoice discrepancy related to my recent order. Despite reaching out to various times to Truemeds team, I have received conflicting explanations, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied.

Here are the details of the issue:

1. **Invoice Discrepancy**: The invoice for my order #14224590 does not match the actual amount I was charged. The discrepancy amounth is significant.

2. **Conflicting Explanations**:
- One representative attributed it to a technical glitch.
- Another claimed that the calculation was accurate.
- An escalation department member promised a detailed explanation but failed to deliver.

3. **CEO Communication**: I escalated the matter by reaching out to CEO Mr. Akshat Nayyar. Unfortunately, his response was inadequate, and my request was rejected without proper resolution.

4. **Lack of Response**: Despite multiple follow-up emails, I have not received any further communication from Truemeds regarding the invoice issue.

**Expected Resolution**:
I request an immediate review of my invoice, a clear explanation of the discrepancy, and an adjustment if necessary. Additionally, I expect timely communication and a satisfactory resolution.

Attaching the photo of the invoice where amount mentioned on discount column and savings on this order were different.

Order id 13608265, delivered on 22/01/2024, 2 items worth rs 375/ out of a total of 6 items worth rs 931/- were found missing which were immediately reported to company. Today (23/1/2024), they called back to say that uponf investigatio they found that all items were despatched and hence they reject my claim of refund. I have no means to verify their claim which means to suggest that whatever company says is final ( "my way of hiway")
this is simply cheating as they are not willing to accept customer"s submission

Hi Team,

I have received medicine on 13 -dec. Received some damaged medicines so placed return order, medicines collected by delivery agent.
Now they are refusing to pay refund for medicines.

Very worst services, there should be some chanel to complaint about such fraud company

Please help me in getting refund or my medicine old or replaced whatever.

I have ordered the medicines for my wife pregnancy related. But I haven't got order & order got rescheduled 3 times & delivery boy calling come to 12 or 11 km to pick up order rather delivering to the provided address.

Now yesterday on 23 Dec, 2023 I got message of truemeds notification that ur order delivered & order still not delivered & delivery partner still asking to come to 4 km to take ur order even after order showing delivered in truemeds. This kind of worst thing I faced for medicine of pregnant women order I'd 12816675 order for medicine was placed on the date of 18 Dec 2023.

Around a month ago, I ordered medicines again on Truemeds wanting to take advantage of their up to 72 pct discount on generic meds. While trying to punch out Bifilac capsule, it got broken in two halves spilling the content. Not wanting to waste, I consumed the medicinal powder to find that it was nothing else BUT ground sugar. I placed an order for medicines and the order id # 10656255 delivered to me today(09/09/23).Now I cut the delivered parcel and not get any medicines inside that.I paid for that and get nothing.
I am frustrated in this situation, can you please take necessary action in this regard.

I ordered desirox 500mg and received wrong product . i paid 800 . same day i complaint that order is wrong . no call or sms received from company . no one cane to take those medicines back . i need my money refunded . i have no use of those medicined . i nver reced any call or never received sms that i am not picking call .

Wanted to refund or exchange the medicine but cc guys are saying it's is impossible medicine is worth Rs 600/-

I placed order and used my refunded amount for payment. That amount was also deducted in bill but during payment time I have to pay whole amount. so I have cancel the order to get my refund suggested by truemeds executive. It's been a week still I didn't get my money back and just getting irrelevant excuses.

I had ordered for medicines (Ascoril Syrup 200 ml) on 28/1/23 price @ Rs145/- but instead was sent Ascodex syrup 2 bottles of 100ml @ Rs.270/-. I cancelled the order and returned them on 29th and was told that a refund of Rs.216/- will be initiated to my TM Wallet. On questioning why 216 and not 270 was told that Rs.270/- is inclusive of 20% discount. So will get only Rs.216/- Till date I have receive only partial refund to my wallet of Rs.130.54/-
The balance Rs.85.46 is not yet transferred to my wallet till date 14/2/23. Everytime I call customer care, I get the same reply will be done. Are you guys really interested in giving the balance or just cheating the customers.

My order id : 6302039 was canceled saying there was technical issues and haven’t refunded the amount. I have been continuously calling customer care and they are saying they will initiate but it’s happening. I have been following up on them since last 5days....
