Hi,
I received my order (Order ID:[protected] yesterday, and unfortunately, the medicine strip was damaged and a few medicines were missing from the box. Immediately after opening the package, I contacted customer care and shared video and image proof as requested.
However, I was later informed by the customer care representative that they reviewed the warehouse footage and claimed that all medicines were packed correctly. When I asked them to share proof of this, they refused.
As a customer, I’m unsure how I’m expected to prove that I did not receive the medicines when I had already sent a video immediately after opening the box. My total order amount was ₹2291, and the missing medicine costs around ₹240. It is disappointing to imply that a customer would lie over such a small amount. This is not just about ₹240 — it’s about trust.
Additionally, the customer care experience was very unpleasant. I spent 45 minutes on the call, and the representative spoke rudely, as if the issue was my fault.
Based on my experience, I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend ordering medicines from this application. Was this information helpful? |
