Myself Sonal Govindwar, few days back I booked 2 air tickets worth rupees 7358 INR from Mumbai to nanded. Few hours before the departure of flight I get a call from airline regarding the flight is cancelled. At that time I was so helpless as all rail tickets were full and other option was not favourable. Because of sudden cancellation of flight, I lost my business deal.
Airline representatives assured me regarding refund of money within 7 working days, but even after more than 1 month I didn't received any refund
Kindly give me back my refund
