Trujet Airline Complaints & Reviews

Myself Sonal Govindwar, few days back I booked 2 air tickets worth rupees 7358 INR from Mumbai to nanded. Few hours before the departure of flight I get a call from airline regarding the flight is cancelled. At that time I was so helpless as all rail tickets were full and other option was not favourable. Because of sudden cancellation of flight, I lost my business deal.
Airline representatives assured me regarding refund of money...

Dear sir/ madam,
Our flight been cancelled on 3th of Nov 2021 for technical reason. Since that date i called customer care but phone alway buzy and not response.
Don't know why it took so long to refund money.
Other airlines gave money back already only trujet airline took long.

Same days while flight cancelled i asked for surface transference for our group but they didn't able to arrange any of them....

My travel hyderabad to indore on 20-oct-2019 and i have booked flight ticket on 23-jun-2019 with trujet airline.
Today (16-oct-2019) i got one line of email that mentioned your flight has been cancelled.
They did not mention any reason or alternate option.
When i call to customer care, nobody respond.

Please help on above issue as this is festival season and now flight ticket...
