Dear sir/madam,
I am writing to you in connection with a 2t-trujet-532 flight which i was booked on january 10th, 2020 4.41 pm. The flight was supposed to depart from sxv selam terminal departure date january 25, 2020, at dep time 11.45 from selam, but was canceled under eu denied boarding regulation 261/2004 i opted to take to the re-routing option.
I am entitled compensation and look forward to receiving the amount equivalent within the next 14 days. I attach a copy of the ticket.
