I have booked my return journey tickets from ahmedabad to rajahmundry on[protected] through goibibo.. Since there is no direct flight i got a connecting flight via banglore.. Date of journey was[protected].
On[protected], 2:14 pm i got a message from trujet (My connecting direct flight from banglre to rajahmundry was trujet) that, flight got cancelled.. Regret inconvenience. So, i tried reaching trujet customer care from myside and through goibibo aswell... They newer responded.. Even trujet counter at hyd simply said "talk to custemer care.. We dont havr any info abt that"... Goibibo didnt respond on my msgs on this.. Trujet didnt even aranged or talked abt any other arrangements.. So i waited till evng without booking any other tickets to reach my destination.. And since no responce (Abt alternative arrangements or refund) from these two (Trujet and goibibo) i booked tickets on 6pm of[protected], 6:15 pm to travel on[protected] from bangalore to hyderabad, hyderabad to rajahmundry. Through paytm (Since i lost respect on goibibo).
I was charged triple the amount and wasted a whole day due to this stupid airline service...
Yesterday i got a msg from goibibo that... How was ur experience from banglre to rja... Might be they dont even know about the cancellation of flight... This service shud be shut down...
I need my triple amount refund... Am posting all the screenshots for reference...
