Trujet cancelled flight and not processed my refund since last 2 months. Despite continuous calls and follow up the entire team including manager do not provide any commitment to the date it will get refunded.
Customer care service is terrible with few names I unfortunately I have to deal with like SaiKiran, Nikhil, Ayub Mohammad etc.
I sincerely request everyone not to use Trujet airlines and get into problems in future. Was this information helpful? |
