I booked a flight for[protected] from Hyderabad to Rajahmundry. I reached the airport at 5 since my flight was at 6.45. I searched the entire airport thrice for the trujet counter but couldn’t even find one. When I went to the Trujet help desk, even that was empty. There was not a single Trujet staff member who could help me. I called all the helpline numbers but They were unavailable or switched off. I checked online if the flight got cancelled but it showed as if it was on schedule and I didn’t even get a message or a call regarding any such cancellation. I had to wait there for two hours since they couldn’t even let me out of the airport without a trujet staff member present. At last the airport staff had to let me out. I had to book two cabs and another flight ticket for 23rd at a high price because of their negligence. Was this information helpful? |
