Trujet Airlines — Refund - cancelled flight

My flight to Belgaum from Hyderabad on December 30 (flight number - 2T541) has been cancelled by Trujet Airlines with out even mentioning the reason. It's been 10 days the flight has been cancelled and they have not initiated refund amount yet.

They are highly incompetent and the customer care also never answers the call.

I have booked my ticket through ease my trip and they have told me that Trujet didn't initiate the refund. I request a refund of my amount from Trujet.
