Firstly, we are informed about the cancellation one day prior the schedule. This is absolutely unprofessional behavior. They should have common sense that we should notify passengers one week prior. Disgusting
Its been more than 20 days we hae not received the refund. What kind of operations they have god knows i received the call tht will get the refund but still after 20 days there is nothing, no communication, no refund and even nobody is picking our calls. Was this information helpful? |
