Trujet Airlines — Refund of cancelled flight

Trujet cancelled their bangalore-rajahmundry flight scheduled on 18th june. This cancellation information was provided only before 20 hours to the scheduled departure.

They are highly incompetent and the customer care also in very unresponsive. I've yet to receive the promised refund for my booking even after 10 days. Cannot get hold of any personnel from this company.

They shouldn't be operating with this kind of service as all travel plans get affected due to their haphazard management.
