Trujet Airlines — trujet flight 2t713 cancelled and no refund given by trujet

Myself Vijay Patil, I had booked 03 seats in the air flight from Ahmedabad to Jalgaon, flight no. 2T713, PNR no. AA2TVJ, Travel Date 26/12/2019.

The flight was cancelled by Trujet and your serving officer (Mr. Akashkumer) at Ahmedabad Airport has processed for refund and had confirmed that refund will be credited within 24 hours but 6 days are over and yet refund has not been credited, I am continuously trying to call on your customer care no.[protected] but voice message tells that no any trujet agent available to receive our call.

This is very much pathetic and very poor support from Trujet.

Please proceed for refund and revert on priority.
