Trujet Airlines — Trujet not refunding the money for cancelled flights by themselves

On 15 October 2021 for Nov 26th 2021, with Reference Pnr #:C3L545, i have booked Trujet flights through Yatra.com, but on November 23rd Trujet cancelled the flight and some customer care person called me and they will refund the money in 5 working days but after one month there is no response from them and money not been refunded.
