Truweight — unethical payment practices

This is notify that me and my wife had taken a service from truweight and i decided to drop and continue with my wife only. We had opted for bajaj finance and i have already payed the amount due for my wife with one month through finance. Now the company is insisting that they wont be able to cancel the finance and i need to completely pay and they would refund post the tenure. I spoke multiple times with mathew and relationship lady by name divya who was the most arrogant person in this world. First company should know how to treat the customers and hear to their voice rather than forcing there terms on us.

I have got a written communication from deepthi m that refund is in process on 9 march and its still not done.
