Product quality was poor. Refusing to respond. When finally after repeated attempts, was able to a very arrogant customer care executive. When i asked him about the 120 rs deduction, he was threatening me, telling to keep the parcel with me. The sari was picked up be their delievry partner who refused to record a video of packaging which was mandatory as per return terms. The sari cost me 1850/- Was this information helpful? |
