Tskhadi — fake product. refund not received after confirmation from company and not picking my calls now

I ordered a saree in jan 2020 and when i recd it turned out to be of very poor quality. I contacted tskhadi several times and after a few weeks the saree was picked up. I spoke to a girl called swathi who confirmed through whatsapp that she will refund once pick up was done but i still haven't received my refund and it is 6 months now
