Tskhadi — No response regarding return

I want to return my product which i have purchased from tkshadi. I am not satisfied with the product. I have messaged them on what'sapp regarding this on the same day as I received the product. Because there site was not working. And they asked me for the order id and photos of product which i sent them. But it's been around 8 days they haven't replied regarding that . i have messaged them 3 to 4 times they see the messages but don't reply.

I had bad experience with tskhadi Hyderabad.I returned saree after a lot of follow up with them . They were very rude. It's more than a month know still they have not refunded the saree amount. They are fraud.
