I did initiated return pickup on 3rd sep 2020 and they started on 10th sep just to give me tracking ID for all 5items which I got, that too after so many follow ups with them by call or wats app and there is no option to return at there site we have to beg them for return pickup.Finally schedule pickup and they picked up one item on 10th that's all .When I asked them to pickup next 4items like everyday I call also they didn't pick call or either reply to my message at watsapp .Finally support guy said to courier to there address on 22nd sep we did courier.have to see when they start refund.The one saree which was picked up by delivery partner was delivered to there wherehouse on 15th sep but till now I didn't get refund for that item, when I asked for refund they it takes another week to just initiate refund god knows when they will return my amount if they take week just to initiate refund.
