Tsr Darashaw — TISCO shares transferred but not demat due to TSR Darashawa mistake

On the pretext of Sign Mismatch and other flimsy reasons, TSR Darashaw is withholding my shares for Demar for last 9+ yrs. The Demat depositors HDFC Bank also complain bitterly about procedural issues, process issues with TSR Darashaw, which seem to have no professional. They emply trainee/ cheap, uneducated and train them further to be lazy and unresponsive. All lines to TSR Darashaw on phone line are busy .
My mother, resident Indian expired in 2012 the shares took more than a few yrs to convert my name for DP ID IN301151 and Client ID 26769251. I was asked to submit Affidavit, Bank Manager Sign, numerous forms several times and at once was informed that the shares are lost. Then one pious soul found it in custody of TSR Darashaw. Then they started harassing me for the paltry 80 shares transfer. I have been not paid dividend for last 10+ yrs, they returned the shares recently on flimsy ground that "Sign Mismatch". Stupid TSR Darashaw, you need to understand educated people dont sign these days. The shares are on my name, the bank account is mine, the Demat no belongs to me. Is there more stupid person who denies "sign mismatch" reason for digital trnasformation. Yes TSR Darashaw is full of such incompetant people. I am NRI and the Banker tell me in hush-hust voice that TSR Darashaw may decline the shares becasue I am NRI and this process is endless. Several thousand disgruntled customers of Tata Steel are suffering due to this inefficient TSR Darashaw. Pl. train them and if not improved arrest them.
