Tsr Darashaw — transfer issue

Sebi wants registrars to make simple process for transfer of shares but tata company s registrars tsr darabshaw is creating problems for small things and rejecting shares after 20 to 25 days. Bank manager has attested signatures and bank account is written on forms still they are asking to attach cancelled cheque. For what reason? Bank manager s attestation and account no is not sufficient. This is nothing but harrasement to investors. Sebi must tell them to become practical.
