TSRTC — Taking extra money from Public in Mehdipatnam Depot

Address: Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh

For id card which is of Rs 25, Mehdipatnam Bus depot is charging Rs 30 each and For 1st time Metro bus pass which is of Rs 800, they are charging Rs 810 from each person When trying to raise a complaint using TOLL free number, they are not taking the complaint

Hi.. The same happened with me today at ECIL bus station. They Charged 810 rupees for my new metro pass and not even explaining the reason nor mentioned in pass for charging extra 10 rupees. This issue must be solved ASAP.
