Tsspdcl — Fluctuating and low voltage complaint not attended

In spite of registering my complaint on 23-12-15 at 630 AM at local fuse call office and followed by two calls to AE and central complaint station the serious problem is not attended.This is a recurring problem not being resolved for several months, only temporary measures are taken keeping problem alive resulting in poor quality of supply.Today my computer UPS failed due to this problem. I request concerned ADE to look into this serious problem and resolve it permanently.
