Since last two months we have been getting a bill showing an exorbitant amount of rs 3526 +rs 3526 each for the month june and july. The units in both the months have been by default entered as 494 with no proper reading taken. We have never gotten a bill this high. I donot understand on what basis was this number/ units taken. Our average consumption o[censored]nits is mostly below 200 units. Even during peak summers we donot get 500 units. So i am suprised to see 500 units for the month of june and july. We have complained many times at the board and also to the person who visits to take the reading. But the people working in this department are extremely rude. And absolutely not helping. They do not explain how to get this rectified. When asked what to do next they just reply that nothing can be done which is not a proper solution to address a consumer issue. We would like the department to please cross check and reminbursed the additional amount in the coming bill. Attaching image of the bills.
