Tsspdcl — Wrongly charging monthly Electricity Bill after Meter burned

Dear Sir / Madam, Recently constructed house and nobody residing till date. Still it is empty. My electricity Meter got burned on 19th April 2015. Bill i received of Rs. 499. I paid same amount as suggested by TSSPDCL executive stated if you will receive again more billing, please submit a complaint. This month I received a bill of May month of Rs. 224. If Meter is not working from last 2 months, how TSSPDCL company billing with any amount. TSSPDCL Meter Details as mentioned below Service No. :[protected] USC No. :[protected].
