TTD — Caution Deposit for Accomodation is not refunded


I have booked two rooms and paid a caution deposit of 1000 on 24/03/2023. For which SMC-201C & SMC-221D were allocated and i vacated rooms on 26/03/2023. It has been a month already and I have not received any refund.
I have raised a complaint with complain number: 1936121. even then i do not see any response or refund.
