[Resolved]  TTD — Refund of Failed Transaction And Caution Deposit

I was trying to book darshan tickets for tirupati on 22/10/2022 amount got debited from bank but booking got failed, till now I have not received any refund for failed transaction. When I contacted bank they said the transaction is successful so refund should be initiated by the receiver. I have not received my accommodation caution deposit, booked room for 1 day i.e from 25/11/2022 to 26/11/2022 and successfully vacated room at 26/11/2022 8:30AM. Requested for refund through ttd official email but no resolution has been provided by them. Booking details are as below

I have done payment for booking through 3rd party upi payment app and was checking in the same app for refund amount. After so long time today I received reply for the mail from TTD saying that security deposit amount has been refunded on 28/11/2022, after reading the mail from TTD I got doubt and verified my bank account statement. I see refund amount got credited on 28/11/2022 and also verified my failed transaction amount that also got refunded on 26/10/2021. Please check your bank account whoever had done upi transaction using 3rd party payments app for TTD booking and waiting for any refund.
