I am Murugesan went to tirumala with our family in August 4 /2023. We stayed in Nandaham rest house through online accommodation service. The advance amount of 1000 was not yet refunded. Kindly, help us to refund it.

I stayed at tirumala for tirupati darshan on April 13 2023. I haven't yet received the caution deposit back. When I tried reaching ttd online service through mail and mobile, there is no response. Kindly take appropriate action.

I have booked two rooms and paid a caution deposit of 1000 on 24/03/2023. For which SMC-201C & SMC-221D were allocated and i vacated rooms on 26/03/2023. It has been a month already and I have not received any refund.
I have raised a complaint with complain number: 1936121. even then i do not see any response or refund.

I have booked room in tirumala on 10th Jan 2023 and paid 1998 rupees due to some family issue i could not avail accommodation and cancellation done on time but ttd did not provide the refund money its been two months and i called severa time no anser and no message please check the attachment for your reference

We booked a room worth 200(100-room rent+100 caution deposit) for december 7th and we checked in to the room which was alloted at sapthagiri rest house.we didn't get the caution deposit refund till now.we also booked another room worth[protected] room rent+1000caution deposit) but we couldn't check in to the room in the specified time allotted at kousthubam but according to the rules mentioned we are supposed to get the caution deposit refund but we didn't get it till now. Hope u will refund the total amount of 1100 soon

Today 27 October 22 vacated room at. Tirumala tirupathi Room no : ANC426D 5.54a.m with deposit amount rupees 550 but not till received refund amount pls solve this issue

Hi Sir/Madam, My name is Niranjan Reddy. I have booked a ticket for TTD E-special entry dharshan on 21 Sep May 2022 for 2 member’s along with 5 laddus with total amount 850 rs. I have tried two times but both transactions got failed. I haven’t received any refund to my HDFC credit card.

I came to tirumala 9 august room advance 500/-not recived

We have booked 3 rooms on 17 Aug 2022 on tirumala and kept security deposit of 3000 for the same . and booked another 3 rooms on 18 Aug 2022 and 3000 rupees security deposit for the same. overall 6000 rupees security deposit kept for 2 days booking and we have returned rooms before 24hrs however still we not received refund ( security deposit ) .

The caution deposit not refunded yet, for booking number IAJ[protected] and room allotment number[protected].

When I contacted the customer service of TTD, they have given one URN number and informed that money will be refunded in 3 to 4 working days. but still same situation.

My name is P. Brahmani, we have visited trimala on 25th may aand hot Vakuladevi guest house room no: 425 aabd Nandakam guest house room no: 431. We booked accommodation by online services of tirumala. We had a great experience on those rooms with our family. We felt so happy sir. We have vacant the two rooms on 25th may aat 6am sir. We had payed 2000/- for each room, but after vacanting the rooms still now we don't got any refund of caution refund 2000/- we payed on both rooms sir. Two months we waited for refund but we dint got it sir.

Have booked accommodation for 29th June 2022 for TTD tirumala visit but since we could not stay there, have cancelled the accommodation much in advance on 22nd june itself the details of which is enclosed.
Since after 10 days wait too, my amount is still not refunded. Kindly expediate refund process.

In month of April i booked accomodation for July but I cancelled the same on April 30 still i didn't get any reply from your side and didn't got refund amount of Rs 2000..
Regarding this i enquired many times but no response

In month of April, i booked accomodation for July 10 but again I cancelled that accomodation on April 30 itself...
Still now I did not got Tirumala accomodation refund amount of Rs 2000..kindly refund the amount as early...

Regarding this, i have raised complaints many times still now no response came..

We pay 2000 ruppes one thousand for room and one thousand for security deposit. We booked a room for 24 June 2022.we entered into the room on 24 June 2022 at 8 am.we vacate the room on 25 June 2022 at 7:30 am.when we are vacating we handover the keys at the counter we asked the security deposit amount to refund they told that the amount will be refunded to your bank account within 3to 4 days till now I didn't get my money.they didn't ask vacation code also.it is very serious issue so please resolve my problem

I was trying to book darshan tickets for tirupati on 7/june/2022 amount rs 1951 rupees got debited from bank but booking got failed, till now I have not received any refund for failed transaction. When I contacted bank they said the transaction is successful so refund should be initiated by the receiver. TTD employee refused to give extra laddu. They charged 70 rs per laddu. I went to dharsan on 15/6/22 in kalyanutsav. In counter no 35 they provide 4 laddu and ask me to go counter no 48. In counter no 48 they charged 70 rs per laddu on 15/6/22 at 10.30 pm. For this they can go to begging

On 7th of this month booked a room at Tirupati and vacated 8th of this month. But I did not receive my caution deposit refund. Resolve the issue much appreciated

Hi, I visited TTD on 25th April for 7pm darshan and taken accommodation, but it is not refunded yet. Please help
