Dear sir, today we are went to ttd kalyanamandapam behind radio station in vijayawada for 300/- darshanam tickets around 11.00am. Counter employee said that aadhar id xerox required for tkt booking. I am replied sir actually last week i had tkts without xerox in kkd only aadhar number shown in my mobile. He said seriously then go and take in kakinada here only come with xerox. I replied why you are serious sir kakinada or vijayawada any city this is ttd why different rules. He is very serious loudly shouts and abusive words. Please train them for behavior with devotees.
